Richard Hand Sander

A hand-held sanding block from Richard with clamp ends that grip a half sheet of sandpaper or a drywall screen and hold it taut.

The clamps are the point — paper that stays tight sands evenly instead of folding over and rounding off the edges of your work. Good for walls, patched drywall, trim and doors at arm's reach.

• Takes standard 9 1/4" x 3 1/4" sanding screens and cut sheets
• Clamp-end design holds paper flat and tensioned
• Sanding screens and paper sold separately
• Screens clog less than paper on drywall compound and can be knocked clean and reused

Before you prime

Vacuum the dust and wipe down the surface after sanding. Primer will not bond properly through the chalky film that drywall compound leaves behind.
