Welcome to West Hillhurst Paint & Design (westhillhurstpaint.com). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us, whether in-store or online. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products & Pricing

We carry Benjamin Moore, Meoded, Messmer's, SICO, Old Masters, SurfPrep, Renner, and other select brands, both in-store and online. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Colours shown on your screen may vary slightly from the actual product due to monitor settings and display calibration. We recommend purchasing a sample or requesting a colour consultation before committing to a full order.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate, but errors may occur. If we discover a pricing or listing error on an order you've placed, we'll contact you before proceeding and you may cancel the order if you'd prefer.

3. Orders

Placing an order through our website is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion (for example, due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud). Custom-tinted paint and stain is mixed to order once your purchase is confirmed.

4. Payment

We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. By providing payment information, you confirm you're authorized to use that payment method.

5. Shipping & Local Delivery

Local delivery and shipping options, timelines, and fees are presented at checkout and may vary by product and destination. See our Shipping Policy for details. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, West Hillhurst Paint & Design is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our products, beyond the purchase price of the product in question. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under Alberta's consumer protection legislation that cannot be excluded by agreement.
