Intonaco Palladino Heavy Stone Effect Plaster - Meoded Calgary

Intonaco Palladino is a heavier-bodied version of Marmorino Palladino - a natural lime and marble dust plaster from Meoded, suitable for interior and exterior surfaces. Its medium-size grain forms a thicker body than Marmorino Palladino, allowing the creation of authentic, dramatic textures.

Intonaco Palladino produces a wide range of finishes, from a contemporary smooth surface with minimal movement to a distressed marble-like finish or natural stone look. Zero-VOC and mineral-based.

Specifications

• Type: Natural lime and marble dust heavy stone-effect plaster
• Coverage: Quart (1 kg): 3–7 sq ft; Gallon (5 kg): 15–35 sq ft; 5 Gal. Pail (20 kg): 60–140 sq ft — 2-coat application
• Dry Time: First and second coats minimum 12 hours each; minimum 48 hours before sealing
• VOC: Zero VOC / Eco Friendly (use VOC-free pigments for dark colours)
• Application Temperature: 45–95°F
• Number of Coats: 2 standard; 3 thin coats for exterior brown-coat applications

Recommended System

• Prime: Apply 1 coat of Meoded Quartz Primer (3–5 hrs dry time) over a properly prepped substrate.
• Seal: After a minimum 48-hour cure, protect with a penetrating sealer such as Stain Defense 'Natural Look' Sealer, or Meoded Hydrowax for a low sheen on smooth textures only — ask us in-store, not currently stocked online.
