Vega Plaster - Meoded Natural Stone Finish - Calgary

Vega Plaster is a genuine high-quality wall coating for interior and exterior use, formulated to achieve a natural stone, precast look. Vega is a mineral plaster with an elegant, modern-day appearance, composed of lime, cement, and other natural minerals. Applicable in a variety of different textures, this decorative plaster can create many different finishes. The beauty of this plaster is the heavy thickness that allows the creation from smooth-modern to naturally pitted textures. Vega Plaster is a tint-able powder with great adhesion, exceptional durability, and extremely breathable. Vega can produce a natural flat finish to a low sheen finish after burnishing or sanding. Vega is particularly elegant and is designed for precious wall spaces for both residential, and commercial spaces, or any environment where a high-end atmosphere is desired.

• Coverage: Gallon (10 lb): 8–10 sq ft; 5 Gal. Pail (50 lb): 40–50 sq ft — 2 coats (varies with surface/texture)

Recommended System

• Prime: Apply 1 coat of Meoded Quartz Primer over prepped substrate.
• Apply: 2 coats of Vega Plaster, minimum 12 hours between coats.
• Seal: After a minimum 48-hour cure, protect with Stain Defense 'Natural Look' Sealer (matte/natural look), or a gloss sealer for added sheen — ask us in-store for the gloss option.
• Optional multi-colour effect: Add Velature Glaze, diluted 800–1,000% with water, as a colour wash over the cured plaster.
