Plaster Seal Plus

Application
To waterproof the Concretta plaster in areas such as floors & countertops, apply a layer of PlasterGuard, and two layers of PlasterSeal Plus on top. Dilute the layer of PlasterGuard with 20% water for optimum penetration and apply with a foam roller. Let it dry for a minimum of 1-2 hours. Mix all 3 parts of the PlasterSeal Plus in accordance. Mix Part A and B together for approximately 5 minutes. Let the mixture sit for 15 minutes. This is the induction time. Then add the bottle of Deionized water. Mix for another 1-2 minutes and the sealant is ready for use. The sealant has a working time of about 1-1.5 hours.

Using a foam roller, roll on a thin first layer, wait about 50 minutes and roll on the second layer before the 3-part mix dries out. For floor applications, it is recommended to use an AntiSkid additive. (1 bottle is for 1 gallon). Let the final layer dry for 24-48 hours. If applying on shower floors, apply a clear caulking/silicone over all edges where the wall meets the floor and around all fixtures. Once the
caulking/silicone is dry, the shower is ready for use.
